The American River Cabin has three individual rooms that can be rented together or separately. Each room has access to an indoor hallway with reading area to access a common bathroom. The Middle and North Fork rooms have one queen bed each. The South Fork Room has one queen bed and one twin bed in a shared room. The common bathroom is only accessible by American Cabin guests. Each room has heating and air conditioning. The bathroom and rooms are fully handicap accessible. Each cabin has a private sink/vanity area inside the room and table and chairs. All linens, towels and shampoo, conditioner and soap are provided. The American Cabins have access to a communal grass area and fire pit, BBQ, and picnic table. The guests of the American have a short walk to the beach area along the South Fork American River. There is a two night minimum during peak season is from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.

There is a 10% lodging tax added to all cabins as well as a nonrefundable $20.00 reservation fee.
All guests have access to the extensive riverfront along the banks of the South Fork American River. There are numerous beach access points, little coves, hidden fishing spots, and places to explore.
Advanced reservations are highly recommended.
